Introduction

Educational toys, sometimes called "instructive toys," are designed to impart academic learning, instill creativity, and promote intellectual and motor development in children through play. These toys also support physical and cognitive development in children and help them cope with academic pressure. Educational toys promote the development of social and emotional skills in children. Different types of educational toys and games equip children with diverse skill sets at different ages. Also, educational toys can promote various skills in children, such as problem-solving, academic, social, physical, and school readiness skills

What is our experience and approach?

Our startup approach is to teach engineering sciences to children and adolescents.

Validity

The founders of this startup have a long industrial history in Iran. Refractory plates, furnace fabrication for the steel industry, ceramic tiles, and construction have been their fields.

the opportunity

However, after deciding to invest in Canada and exploring its various markets, they found an opportunity to "transfer industrial experience to the inspiring and educational toy market.

originality

Early studies were conducted with the help of child psychologists, toy designers, and marketing mentors. In addition to these market studies and research, it tried to use the "intangible heritage" of Iranian architecture and art.

What is our idea?

Experience

Iran is one of the oldest countries with knowledge of brick construction and the use of bricks in the architecture of valuable buildings.

Our experience in manufacturing industrial furnaces has made us familiar with the hidden economic opportunities of this market

and our interest in new technologies created the idea of using these technologies to establish a startup.

Types of Educational Toys

Educational toys frequently oversimplify, undersize or even imitate adult-use activities and items The purpose of an educational toy is to teach. The best educational toys spark children’s curiosity and creativity.
Educational toys come in various forms, each offering a unique learning opportunity. These include open-ended, electronic, app-enabled, building, sports, and sensory toys.
Instructional toys are crucial to children’s growth and development

our idea

Our first idea is to use new technologies to build products and provide services that introduce children to architectural knowledge and provide them with the opportunity to build architectural and construction materials. In addition to building materials and using them to build the architectural components of a building, children also become familiar with the historical identity and stylistics of architectural works.

We try to make products "do it yourself" to create a child's interaction with peers and parents.

What are the components of the product?

This product is the first in a series of educational ideas with an engineering knowledge approach and consists of several parts:

  • A small induction furnace for baking pottery
  • A BASE and a guide page for the layout of pottery and bricks and building an architectural replica
  • Columns, arches, and architectural components on which the child can arrange the parts.
  • An augmented reality app with which the child can identify and continue the arrangement of assembled bricks.
  • Special adhesive for pasting the cooked pieces to each other

6-Possibility of moving inside the building made by the child by augmented reality
